Kojo Technologies, closed a $39M Series C with $83.6M in total capital.

Bernadette Nixon, acquired Search.io for an undisclosed amount.

Petra, led by
Kim Abrams, acquired Zilper Trenchless for an undisclosed amount.
Petra Acquires Norfolk, Virginia-based Trenchless Tunneling Company Zilper whose unique boring solution for soft ground and cobbles expands Petra’s market into hurricane prone coasts and other nightmare geologies, protecting communities from the effects of climate change.
