On November 10th, Blackline Safety Corp. announced the addition of Cheemin Bo-Linn to its Board of Directors, increasing the size of the board to six directors. The appointment serves as recognition of Bo-Linn's remarkable 25-year history as a software executive. In her role as Vice-President of IBM Corporation, she was in charge of scaling the company's growth and managed a multi-billion-dollar budget.

Bo-Linn's is currently Chief Executive Officer of Peritus Partners, Inc., where she has served for seven years. Peritus Partners is a global company focused on growth through improving operations and increasing implementation of digital tools (SaaS, IoT, AI, and others). She has experience as a board member for a number of organizations, including Violin Memory and NetLine Corporation, and even as a member of the WITI Advisory Board. With her financial leadership and software background, Bo-Linn has raised over two-million dollars for YWCA Silicon Valley community programs.

Most recently, she was selected as one of the "Top 50 Directors" in the United States in 2019 by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

In 2015, Women in Technology International inducted Cheemin Bo-Linn to the Hall of Fame. This honor follows Bo-Linn's advocacy for supporting more women in technology. Her involvement fundraising for the YWCA Silicon Valley supported the TechGYRLS program, an initiative focused on empowering young girls from marginalized communities to succeed in STEM.

Blackline Safety provides companies with live-monitoring and wireless gas detection on a global level. Their methods utilize wearable technology, cloud-hosted infrastructure, web-based interfaces, and other technology to design safety protocols for industry.
