Women-led companies received $81M (9.7%) of the $839M in total fundings for the week.
Purva Gupta, CEO & coFounder of Lily AI, closed a $25M Series B with $39.5M in total capital.
Lily AI is the product attributes platform that injects the language of the customer across the existing retail stack, accurately connecting shoppers with relevant products.
Yoona Kim, CEO & coFounder of Sequel (fka Introvoke), closed a $8M Series A with $10.8M in total capital.
Sequel (fka Introvoke) is the only no-code/low-code solution to enable brands to easily build their own live events experiences and engage their communities on their own websites.
Dina Burkitbayeva, CEO & coFounder of Freedom Biosciences, closed a $10.5M Seed with $10.5M in total capital.
Freedom Biosciences is a clinical-stage biotechnology platform developing next-generation psychedelic therapeutics that can significantly change the way we treat mental health indications.
Lydia Han , CEO & coFounder of ModernLoop, closed a $9M Series A with $12.1M in total capital.
ModernLoop helps teams automate and streamline recruiting operations with an online interview scheduling platform to power recruiting operations.
Rani Mavram, CEO & coFounder of Complete, closed a $4M Seed with $4.1M in total capital.
Complete is the complete way to communicate compensation, starting with interactive offer letters.
Lucy Hoag, CEO & coFounder of Violet Labs, closed a $4M Seed round for the company's first funding.
Violet Labs is building cloud-based software integration for complex hardware engineering.

Naomi Davidson, CEO & coFounder of Trybe.ai, founded in 2017.
Trybe.ai is a platform combining the power of AI with the science of building habits to help people reach their full potential.
Sonya Dreizler, CEO & coFounder of Choir, founded in 2021.

Monica Ohara joined the team at HackerRank as CMO in July, 2022.
Angela Loeffler moved from Plastiq to Anyscale as Head of People this month.
Cindy Soriano joined the team at Delfi Diagnostics as VP Finance this month.
Ariana Hellebuyck moved from Life360 to Scribd as CMO this month.
