About Our Speaker(s)

Heidi Ambler is the Director of Product Management, Social Software, at IBM, and is responsible for the overall Social Software business which includes Product Management, Offerings Management and Project Management that is part of the IBM Collaboration Solutions within IBM. Heidi's career spans several roles in product management and development starting out with SmartSuite and Lotus Notes when Lotus was an independent company. She holds a Master's in Marketing from Rivier College and an undergraduate degree from Regis College.
