Joanne has over 30 years experience, including 7+ years in IT within the finance, and manufacturing sectors; 21 years in sales; and 2 years in WW product marketing and analyst relations; and most recently 2 years in Learning & Development. She has won two Women of Influence Awards and has published numerous articles. Joanne's specialties include building global and enabling account teams, growing revenues, and maintaining client loyalty, carrying quotas between 2.0M and .500B.
As HP Sales University's first dean, Joanne's mission is to deliver a complete, world-class learning experience that develops the skills, knowledge and behavior needed to set sales professionals on the path to personal and professional success. She focuses on supporting four empowering factors: industry knowledge, business acumen, enterprise business solutions, and sales methodologies.
A business thought leader, social networking enthusiast, and prolific author who speaks frequently at industry events, Joanne is a board member for Alteryx, a software company located in the Bay Area. In addition to all that, Joanne is the proud mom to two children and yet remains active in numerous IT and women's leadership organizations.
