Timothy Campos is a business oriented technical leader with an emphasis in enterprise systems and application hosting services. With over 18 years of industry experience in both Software Engineering and Information Technology, Mr. Campos has unique understanding of the challenges in both developing and applying Information Technology.

Mr. Campos is currently the CIO at Facebook, the world's largest social network. Prior to Facebook, Mr. Campos served as the CIO and Vice President of Information Technology at KLA-Tencor. Under Mr. Campos, KLA-Tencor completed global implementations of SAP R/3, SAP CRM, MatrixOne, and PeopleSoft, as well as several infrastructure initiatives.

Prior to KLA-Tencor, Mr. Campos worked at internet startup Portera Systems where he was responsible for engineering and hosting architecture. In addition to developing Portera's Issue Tracking application service, Mr. Campos helped to expand Portera's customer base to Europe and Asia through technical innovations which enabled Portera to globally serve its Software as a Service based application.

Mr. Campos has a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University and a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He is on Dean's Advisory Circle and the board of directors for the Fisher IT Center at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley as well as the advisory board for several Silicon Valley startups.

Tom Keiser is Gap Inc. Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Tom is responsible for all technology for Gap Inc., within the U.S. and abroad.

Tom is a proven retail technology executive with significant experience building global platforms. Through his 20-year career, Keiser has led major global technology initiatives for consumer product and retail companies.

Tom previously served as EVP and CIO for Limited Brands, where he spearheaded a multi-year, transformational program to build a new business and technology operating model to support current and future business needs. During 12 years with Ernst & Young, he gained significant international expertise, managing the rollout of major systems in Europe and the Middle East for a range of companies, including the Coca-Cola Company. A technologist from the start, Tom began his career at BellSouth as a programmer analyst.

Tom currently serves as a trustee on the board of the Gap Foundation, on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area, and is Chairman of the Board for The Fisher CIO Leadership Program at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Tom received a bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida.

As senior vice president and chief information officer, Gerri Martin-Flickinger oversees Adobe's global Information Technology team, providing strategic direction and management for the company's IT infrastructure worldwide, including its hosted services. In partnership with the business, Martin-Flickinger also has responsibility for developing innovative enterprise solutions built with Adobe products and technologies that solve business issues and reduce IT costs.

Martin-Flickinger has more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale global IT organizations for companies experiencing explosive growth through acquisition, global expansion and/or implementing new business models. Her expertise includes leading organizations through transformational change, connecting IT to the needs of the business and aligning IT costs.

Before joining Adobe, Martin-Flickinger was CIO of VeriSign, where she oversaw corporate information technology services for the company's 60 offices worldwide. Prior to VeriSign, she served as CIO for Network Associates, Inc. and McAfee Associates, Inc. Before joining McAfee, Martin-Flickinger held several senior systems roles at Chevron Corporation, including serving as process consultant to Chevron's executive staff.

Martin-Flickinger holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Washington State University.

Tom joined Levi Strauss & Company (LS&Co.) in September 2008 and is responsible for leading the company's global information technology group. Tom reports to the LS&Co. A high-energy, results-oriented leader, Tom has 20+ years of experience in information technology, financial management and Six Sigma.

Tom has a history of creating innovative technology solutions for global consumer and entertainment brands. Prior to joining Levi Strauss & Co., Tom was the CIO of MGM MIRAGE, supporting 70,000 employees across 17 global resorts such as the Bellagio and MGM Grand. As CIO, he led numerous programs across hotel and casino operations as well as the company's 800+ retail and restaurant venues.

Before joining MGM MIRAGE, Tom held numerous roles within the General Electric (GE) Company including CIO of NBC Universal's global entertainment businesses, which included television, motion pictures, home entertainment, consumer products, retail and theme parks and resorts. While CIO, his team implemented numerous solutions that drove revenue, earnings, product differentiation and speed to market. He also served as NBC Universal's Quality Leader responsible for process improvement and Six Sigma deployment globally. Prior to NBC Universal he held numerous roles at GE's global headquarters to include overseeing many of their global sourcing, .com and sales systems.

Tom began his career in the United States Marine Corps holding numerous finance and technology jobs. Tom is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is proficient in process optimization strategies such as lean supply chain and Kaizen.

Tom earned his bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy with distinction in economics, and a master's degree in management from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Tom has three children, Victoria, Brandon and Jason. He enjoys team sports, sailing, mountain biking, tennis and golf.

Brad Peterson returned to Schwab in May 2008. As the Chief Information Officer for Schwab Technology Services (STS) Brad has responsibility for product engineering/development, technology infrastructure and operations, common governance and architecture, mainframe and distributed domains, common middleware and platforms. A key aspect of this role is to drive end-to-end executional excellence in the technology enterprise and develop innovative technology solutions for Schwab's clients.

Brad rejoins Schwab from eBay, where he served as CIO for five years. Following eBay's acquisition of PayPal, Brad's corporate IT responsibilities expanded to include PayPal Product Development and PayPal Consumer & New Venture Products (e.g., PayPal Mobile, PayPal Credit/Debit, PayPal Send Money on Skype and PayPal Youth Accounts). His organization there was comprised of more than 1,300 employees who were geographically distributed in 10 major cities located in five different countries. His achievements at eBay include the strategic use of information management to fuel growth, the expansion of its data centers and corporate infrastructure to reduce risk, merger and acquisition integration of three to four companies annually, four successful "clean" SOX 404 10K filings and helping to scale the company from $1.2 billion in revenue in 2002 to $7.6 billion in 2007.

Prior to eBay, Brad was the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Epoch Securities after its merger with Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. He has held a long list of senior executive positions at other companies including Epoch Partners, Charles Schwab & Company, Pacific Bell Wireless and Pacific Bell - Local Service (now part of AT&T).

He earned his master's degree in management at MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor's degree in systems science and economics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Mike Robinson has operated as the SVP of Technology, Macys.com & Bloomingdales.com since early in 2010. In this role, he is responsible for all things technology supporting the e-commerce, m-commerce, and s-commerce sales channels for both Macy's and Bloomingdales. In addition, he has the responsibility for coordinated technology investments supporting the corporation's larger Omnichannel initiatives. Dine with Randall Spratt, Exec VP, CIO & CTO of the McKesson Corporation in San Francisco

Randy Spratt is Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer for McKesson Corporation. Spratt is responsible for guiding the technology direction of the company's products and for operation of the company's internal systems. Spratt became McKesson's CIO in 2005, and CTO in 2009. He has been with McKesson for more than 18 years, most recently as chief process officer for McKesson Provider Technologies (MPT), the company's medical software and services division based in Alpharetta, Georgia. He also managed MPT's Business Development, Information Technology, and Strategic Planning offices, and several of MPT's leading product lines.

Prior to joining McKesson, Spratt held executive positions of increasing responsibility at the start-up Advanced Laboratory Systems (ALS), culminating with the role of Chief Operations Officer. ALS was acquired by HBOC in 1996, which in turn was acquired by McKesson in 1999, and Spratt took on responsibility for HBOC's laboratory systems business shortly thereafter. Following the acquisition of HBOC by McKesson in 1999, Spratt relocated to Georgia to become part of the reconstructed management team.

Spratt earned a bachelor of science degree in biology, with a minor in computer science, from the University of Utah.
