Roycie Earvin is the Global IT, Talent Management & Strategic Workforce Planning Lead at Cargill. In this role, she is responsible for developing talent insights that assist in the identification of critical talent priorities. In addition, she provides leadership and expertise on key talent management initiatives that drive business performance. Roycie partners with global functional leaders to ensure an integrated approach to talent management and alignment with overall Global IT strategy. Roycie joined Cargill in 2008 as the Director of Global Operations & Asia-Pacific Business Partner Lead. She then moved into her role with Global IT in 2009. Prior to Cargill, Roycie led the global enterprise-wide Inclusion and Diversity strategy at Ameriprise Financial. She has also held roles in Information Technology, Store Operations, Store Management, and Executive Development. Roycie graduated with summa cum laude honors from Saint Louis University, with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communication.
