Cindy Elkins is the Vice President, IT Americas, at Genentech. She led a 100% transformation of all commercial IT systems, emphasizing employee-centric, cloud and mobile technologies, while materially reducing the investment needed to support the growing pipeline. Her teams are responsible for 36,000 users and deliver 90%+ end user support satisfaction. She is also the IT leader for Genentech's Healthcare IT efforts.

Genentech was ranked #9 in Computerworld's "100 Best Places to Work in IT" in 2013 and Cindy was named to Computerworld's Premier 100 IT Leaders for 2014.

At Ariba, as VP and GM of Supplier Solutions, her team created the largest transacting B2B supplier community in the world. She also was a transformational leader at ATP, Aspect Communications, VeriFone and began her career as a software developer at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Cindy is a graduate of UCLA in Applied Mathematics and earned an MBA from Santa Clara University.
