Rebecca Bompiedi is currently Senior Vice President of Business Transformation for Philips Lighting business across the Americas, responsible for leading a revolutionary business transformation to achieve better alignment to customer needs within the rapidly changing lighting industry. As part of the executive leadership team, she drives end-to-end process improvement and business growth strategies across Philips Professional Luminaries, LED and traditional lighting, and electronic systems portfolios- all of which are focused on helping to improve billions of lives a year through energy-efficient and health-focused lighting solutions.

Rebecca has held leadership positions across diverse functional areas such as engineering, supply chain, sales and marketing, with top brands GELcore, GE, and Philips. At GE, Rebecca developed a distinct passion for empowering women to personally succeed while shaping the future of technology. There she led the GE Women's Network (GEWN) for GE Lighting and chaired the Women in Technology organization in the GEWN. Today, she continues to pursue that passion as a board member for the Cleveland State Foundation, a founding member of Cleveland's In Council with Women Network, and a member of Tiffany Circle for the Northeast Ohio American Red Cross.

Rebecca holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University, and is a self-proclaimed proud wife and mother to two wonderful daughters.
