As EVP and CIO, Theresa Wilson leads Wells Fargo's Consumer Lending Technology team of over 2,100, providing end-to-end system development and integration, along with technology and production support for the Consumer Lending Group.

The Consumer Lending Technology team members focus on delivering technology solutions to support key business objectives in support of the Line of Business goals for:
Home Lending, Home Mortgage, Home Equity, Credit Card, Personal Loans and Lines of Credit, Dealer Services, Direct Auto, Education Financial Services, Rewards Program, and Retail Services. Theresa also manages special projects for Information Services, including the Quality Assurance, Customer Relationship, Management and Testing Councils.

Theresa began her career with First Union in 1976 and has held various technology leadership roles supporting retail, commercial, and wealth/retirement businesses with application software development. She also led system conversions while managing the areas that supported branch operations, service center operations, deposits, teller automation, and marketing.

She received her B.S. from Howard University in Washington, D.C., with a major in Math and minor in Computer Science; she also received her M.B.A. from Queens College in Charlotte, N.C. Theresa is a member of the North Carolina Technology Association and Women In Science and Engineering.
