Jeri Mersky, President of JLM Management Consultants (JLMMC), and her team of organizational psychologists have coached thousands of individuals, leaders, teams, and businesses to success for over 25 years. JLMMC's unique approaches to leadership and team development have been used in large, medium, and small businesses to help them address people challenges, build cultures of motivated workers, and expand their product or service. Clients include Apple Computer, Adaptec, Catholic Healthcare West, U.C. Berkeley, Sacramento Municipal and Utility District (SMUD), the IRS, and many others.

JLMMC has designed and delivered more than twenty Trainings, in courses ranging from communication, negotiation and conflict-management methods, to culture change, problem-solving, and meeting effectiveness. One unique program is RIDERS, an innovative adventure-based leadership workshop using horses as a metaphor for leadership and team skills. The RIDERS Workshops have been featured on Fox Channel News and in Executive Female Magazine, and the Contra Costa Times.

Jeri has published several articles and monographs. She offers pro bono coaching to Oakland start-up companies through Inner City Advisors (www.innercityadvisors.org) and is committed to Kidsave (kidsave.org), which facilitates adoptions of older children from abroad. She received her doctorate in Organizational Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA.
