At AT&T Global Supplier Diversity, Lisa Castillo is responsible for cultivating key stakeholder relationships with West Coast community-based organizations and the advocacy of diverse suppliers. Lisa's mission is to develop and position minority, women, and disabled veteran businesses to compete and win corporate contracts. In addition, Lisa leverages the AT&T brand and world-class reputation for supplier diversity leadership by sharing best practices with other corporations that seek to grow contact opportunities for diverse businesses.

With 17 years of service to AT&T, Lisa has an extensive background in marketing, sales, and channel management. She has in-depth knowledge and understanding of Wireless, Consumer, Small Business, Government/Education, and Global Business segments.

A member of the Women of AT&T - Bay Area Chapter, Lisa also supports AT&T's Junior Achievement Program. She earned her BS in Finance from California State University of Sacramento, and Master's of International Business from The Garvin School of International Management in Glendale, AZ. Born and raised in Sacramento, Lisa currently resides in Dublin, CA with her husband.
