Lysa Dahlin leads the design and implementation of people strategies for Comcast's 3800 employee National Engineering & Technical Operations division. In her role, Lysa oversees all Human Resources business partnerships, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, compensation, organizational design and effectiveness, employee engagement and communications. She works with Comcast's leaders across HR and field divisions to design programs that enable the innovation and change critical to compete in today's technology sector.
In her 14-year tenure with Comcast and its predecessor companies, Lysa has held senior HR roles across customer care, finance, business development, mergers & acquisitions, marketing and sales organizations. She previously held senior positions at AT&T, Media One, and Progress Software and progressively responsible roles at Marshalls, TJX Companies, and American Express.
Lysa serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of a healthcare non-profit in New Jersey. She has also served on the Board of Managers of the YMCA, and on the Board of Directors for Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT). WICT has honored Lysa with the Liberty Award for innovative leadership, and has named her as a Fellow of its Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. Lysa earned her bachelor's degree from Boston University and is pursuing her MBA.
