Montreece Smith is the Diversity Recruitment Program Manager for North America at CA Technologies, where she is responsible for setting strategy and designing programs to attract top talent to include: women, people of color, Veterans, disabled professionals, and the LGBT community. Internally, she serves as part of the NA Recruitment Leadership Team and the Hispanic Employee Network Steering Committee, while externally she sits on the National Labor Exchange (NLX) Operations Committee, and is an active participant in the 100K Jobs Mission Coalition and the Workforce Opportunity Network (WON).
With nearly 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Montreece brings proven ability to execute best-in-class recruitment strategies that align with the priorities of her firm, while understanding the broader impact of her results. Throughout her career, she has held progressively responsible positions and continued to hone her skill set. Montreece previously served on the Corporate Advisory Council for the International Association of Black Actuaries (IABA) and was recognized as a Black Achiever in Industry (BAI) by the Harlem YMCA. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
