WITI 2001 Presents ...
Kaleidoscope
A New Opportunity at Every Turn

kaleidoscope (n) A series of changing phases or events

When you look through a kaleidoscope, you see the images before you as a fixed entity. With one slight turn, you see the same components presented to you in a whole new light.

That's the focus of WITI's 2001 Conference Series. You will be presented with new perspectives, new opportunities, new resources, and new methods for enhancing and enriching your professional and personal life.

Join us and participate in a dynamic two-day accelerated program that will provide you with the essential tools, opportunities, insights and connections to achieve your goals. Take advantage of this unique occasion to network with top leaders and visionaries utilizing technology to succeed.

Why you should attend
Over the course of two days you will:

  • Attend powerful keynote sessions delivered by extraordinary women leaders.
  • Participate in practical skill-building workshops.
  • Join in on roundtable discussions designed to give you one-on-one contact with women who can help find solutions to some of the challenges you may be facing.
  • Participate in highly interactive panel discussions, which allow you to gain access to personal insights and expertise.
  • Network, Network, Network. Whether you are a senior-level executive, manager, individual contributor, entrepreneur or are just beginning your career in the technology industry, you will make invaluable contacts with women and companies that are committed to your growth and success.
Keynote Speakers
WITI's prestigious line-up of keynote speakers has always served as the focal point of each conference. This year's keynotes include: Tracks and Sessions
Business Development Track
In this track, sessions were developed with the idea of creating a space for business professionals and entrepreneurs to discuss strategies and techniques for implementing effective CRM practices, gaining access to capital, establishing and maintaining positive client relationships and other issues that contribute to corporate, organizational and personal success.

LeadershipXcellence™ Track
This track was created to bring together women interested in developing leadership skills with extraordinary leaders to share insights, experiences and strategies to produce new visions for leadership in the modern workplace. Through workshops, panel sessions and roundtable discussions, you will walk away with a new, more complete sense of what it takes to be an effective and inspiring leader.

Professional Development Track
Sessions in this track were developed to provide information and generate discussion on a variety of topics designed to help you achieve personal and professional success. We will look at management strategies for technical professionals, work/life balance issues, techniques for negotiating compensation packages and other topics designed to help you achieve your goals.

Technology Track
For this track, we decided to look at how technological innovations can lead to professional success. You will explore effective strategies for managing virtual workers, how online learning programs can provide you with the educational opportunities to get you that next job and various other issues focusing on the relationship between technology and professional advancement.

Roundtables
Our roundtable sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with other women about issues important to you. Don't miss these opportunities to learn from one another through stimulating and productive discussions on some of today's contemporary topics!
