Lila Snyder is President, Document Messaging Technologies at Pitney Bowes Inc., responsible for leading the company's global production mail business. This includes the design, manufacture, installation and service of print and mail equipment as well as of high-speed digital color printers, inserters and sorters.

Before joining Pitney Bowes in November 2013, Dr. Snyder was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she was the leader of McKinsey's Stamford office and focused on serving clients in the technology, media and communications sectors. Her work spanned strategy, operations, marketing and sales, working with clients to drive sustainable performance and build capabilities. Dr. Snyder holds S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Miami.
