Kristi Wolff is a senior associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Her practice concentrates on advertising, consumer protection, and food and drug law matters. Having served as in-house counsel in the healthcare and food products industries, Ms. Wolff has a deep understanding of the client's perspective.

Ms. Wolff helps advertisers and manufacturers balance legal risks and business objectives to minimize the potential for regulator, competitor, or consumer challenge while still executing a successful campaign. Ms. Wolff's advertising and consumer protection law expertise includes counseling clients on the marketing and sale of a wide variety of consumer products and services, including food and related health products, apparel and luxury items such as textiles, jewelry, and fur, and marketing services such as telemarketing and text message campaign compliance. She also represents clients in advertising substantiation investigations initiated by the Federal Trade Commission or state attorneys general and in advertising challenges before the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Ms. Wolff was associate general counsel at Nestlé HealthCare Nutrition, Inc.
