Dawn Damschen is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Her practice involves a variety of telecommunications matters related to wireless communications and FCC enforcement matters.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Ms. Damschen practiced telecommunications at a highly regarded firm in Washington, D.C. assisting corporate clients and trade associations with various legal and regulatory matters before the FCC, FAA, and various state agencies. She has acted as counsel to private spectrum users on issues related to spectrum allocation, interference resolution, private coordination of stations, management of stations, FCC licensing, foreign ownership, antenna structure marking and lighting requirements, and FAA obstruction evaluations. Ms. Damschen also has counseled clients on FCC spectrum auctions, radio license transfers, partitioning, disaggregation and leasing rules and procedures. While in law school, Ms. Damschen spent a semester as a legal intern in the Bureau Chief's office of the FCC's Enforcement Bureau, where she assisted FCC attorneys in reviewing and drafting documents for enforcement matters pending at the Commission.
