Debra LeBlanc leads the MarketZone and Technology Alliance Partner Programs at BMC Software, Inc. These key partner programs provide BMC's global customers with integrated technology offerings that work seamlessly with BMC's products in the Performance Management, Automation, Cloud, and IT Service Management solution areas. Ms. LeBlanc's team is responsible for identifying and vetting new partners, leading contract negotiations, on-boarding partners into the ecosystem, and establishing and managing the operational and governance processes throughout the partner lifecycle. Prior to BMC, Ms. LeBlanc was Vice President of the Americas Channel Sales & Operations team at Hewlett-Packard; her team was responsible for supporting the offer to cash processes for channel partners in the US, Canada, Caribbean, Central, and South American countries. Ms. LeBlanc has also held consulting positions at Grant Thornton and Fisher Scientific, concentrating on customer-to-cash initiatives for enterprise and government accounts. She has experience in a variety of functions including naval software design, commercial software solutions, product management, major account sales support, manufacturing, procurement consulting, eCommerce, and route-to-market operations.

Ms. LeBlanc is active in higher education, entrepreneurship initiatives, and professional mentoring. She received the Association for Women in Computing's Top Women in Technology - Houston Award in 2008. She is a former Alumni Board member of Chatham University and an active board member for the Centre for Women's Entrepreneurship at Chatham. She is a current Board Member for the Houston Community College's Foundation, raising scholarship funds for students across the Houston area.
