225: 11 Steps for Launching Your Corporate Mentoring Program and Keeping Your Millennials

Julie Kantor is a social impact and serial entrepreneur committed to seeing a diverse workforce not survive, but thrive in the world of work. She is a strong advocate of companies not just building Mentoring Programs, but building mentoring cultures to better serve the needs of our growing Millennial and Generation Z workforce. She believes we need to teach Sponsorship to all women and leaders, and that we lose women and minorities mid-career due to lack of Sponsorship.

At the age of 21, Ms. Kantor became Executive Director of Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE); building nationally and globally for 20 years, she co-founded a tech company, and then went on to build and launch Million Women Mentors and STEMconnector (consulting clients such as: Cisco, TCS, Intel, BP, Samsung and more on STEM talent strategies). In late 2015 she launched her own management consulting firm, Twomentor, which offers mentor training and consults corporations on their mentor strategy to drive significant employee retention. In addition, Ms. Kantor is the author of I Said YES! (Gazelles Publishing), and a Huffington Post Business & Tech Blogger since 2012.
