Lalia Helmer, the founder and principal of Luminis Coaching, offers coaching, training, and facilitation. Her mission is to help individuals and organizations build on their strengths to create value and excellence for themselves and those they serve. Ms. Helmer works with small businesses, community organizations, non-profits, and business philanthropy. Her focus is on using Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry in coaching and facilitation. She holds an M.S. in Education from Hunter College, and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University.
