Since 2013, Peggy Kilburn has served as Program Director for WITI's annual Women in Technology Summit, as well as Managing Director for the Women in Technology Hall of Fame Awards. A seasoned director of such major conferences as COMDEX, AppleFest, ComNet, Harvard Computer Graphics Week, and Softcon, Ms. Kilburn was the founding conference director for Macworld Expo and ran it for 14 years, zestfully growing the program to over 100 sessions with 375+ speakers.

Since its founding, Peggy Kilburn Conferences has developed and administered more than 2,000 programs for such clients as Boston University, CeBIT America, Clasma Events, Customer Engagement Technology World, Harvard University, pulvermedia, SRI International, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Most recently, she served as Program Manager for the Smart Grid Interoperability Panel annual conference.

Ms. Kilburn is a member of the Advisory Committee for RSVP Community Theatre of Asheboro, NC, and serves as RSVP's Social Media Manager while dabbling as a character actress and voice-over artist. She is also a residential energy customer keenly interested in Smart Grid, and an incipient champion for Intellectually Gifted Adult Aspergians. Ms. Kilburn holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Carolina.
