Two broad trends are emerging in our society today. On one hand, advanced computer algorithms threaten to make obsolete many jobs and roles in our society. On the other, worldwide demographic trends indicate the aging of the population in the coming years, creating a shortage of working age people relative to the overall populace. The panelists will discuss the impact of these two important trends on jobs traditionally associated with women, as well as fields in which women are currently under-represented.
