Tracy Stone is a Principal Technical Program Manager at Intuit, where she currently leads the Tech Women @ Intuit initiative and is responsible for developing the strategy and impactful programs to attract and recruit, retain, and advance technical women. Ms. Stone has a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and has several years of engineering experience at Adobe, HP, and Intel, including leading software development teams and technical program management.

Before joining Intuit, Ms. Stone paused her tech career to take care of her kids for five years. During that time, she co-founded the non-profit girlSPARC, which is dedicated to increasing the number of girls exposed to STEM at the elementary and middle school level.
