Genil Washington has been on a mission to transform the candidate experience. A native of the Bay Area, she understands the competitive landscape and importance of a streamlined candidate experience. With over 20 years of progress human resources and talent acquisition experience, Ms. Washington has held leadership positions in talent acquisition and workforce planning in multiple large organizations. She is currently a Director of Talent Acquisition at Dignity Health and an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University. She previously served on the Board of Women in Cable Telecommunications.

Ms. Washington holds a graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University, an undergraduate degree from California State University - Hayward in Health Care Administration, and an Employee Relations Certification from Cornell University.
