Gail Jacobs is Senior Director, People Center of Excellence, at Guardant Healthcare where she enables and optimizes Guardant's processes in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HRIS, and HR Operations. Ms. Jacobs firmly believes that a high level of customer service, combined with process and systems optimization, creates a better candidate experience and engaged workforce. Previously, she led recruiting teams for three global companies including Risk Management Solutions (RMS), CDM Smith, and Sensata Technologies.
Ms. Jacobs presented a flight risk model at the ERE Talent Analytics Conference in 2016 and contributed to "The Future of University Credentials: New Developments at the Intersection of Higher Education and Hiring," by Sean Gallagher (Harvard Education Press, 2016). She has an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island, and an MA in Social Relations and a BA in Government from Lehigh University.
