Chris Galy's global human resources leadership experience spans more than 20 years in the military, internet, software, e-commerce, network infrastructure, semiconductor, and real estate technology industries. Currently, Mr. Galy is the Founder of NextPlay HR, a hands-on product management and design thinking consultancy built specifically for HR teams and practitioners. In his last two roles at Ten-X and Intuit, Mr. Galy helped lead cultural evolutions based on building core competency in product and design thinking. He now wants to take these lessons and methods into Human Resources teams so they too can help lead the future of their companies.

Outside of work and when not coaching one of his kids' sports teams, Mr. Galy gives back by serving as a Board Member to Vets in Tech (www.vetsintech.co) and his local workforce board (www.novaworks.org). He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and received a Master's in Human Resources & Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. Other accomplishments of career significance include Army Flight School, Army Adjutant General Advanced Officers Course, and World at Work Certified Compensation Professional.
