Rachel Bell leads a high-performance analytic team of consultants and analysts to create and deliver innovative analytic solutions across industries and around the world. Driving multi-million dollar revenue in analytic services and annuities annually, she collaborates in new business development by evaluating analytic and technical design, development scope, data sources and input on client requirements. With more than 20 years' experience at FICO, Ms. Bell has developed and delivered scoring solutions for risk, fraud, marketing, credit capacity, economic impact and stress testing to address regulatory capital allocation requirements. Her team of product managers, data scientists, principal consultants and analytic experts also lead the FICO into new markets such as healthcare and telematics through analytic research and development of new solutions, such as the recently released FICO® Safe Driving Score.

Ms. Bell is also passionate about employee development and spearheaded efforts to create a FICO mentorship program that matches up senior leaders with up and coming women and men to empower their professional growth. She holds a B.S. in Statistics and Mathematics from California Polytechnic University.
