Anna Shen is an advisor to startups, and writes about venture capital, startups, technology, and innovation for Huffington Post, Fortune, and others. She also speaks frequently at conferences on issues related to female entrepreneurship and gender. Most recently, she was invited by the government of Taiwan to speak on the view from Silicon Valley for women. Her involvement in gender is deeply rooted in a global perspective, as she began her career at the World Bank and United Nations. Ms. Shen received an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
