Marguerite Mcleod-Fleming is Principal of Propelle Women's Leadership and Innovation Culture Group. She works with companies, educational institutions, and non-profit clients to facilitate creative thinking that achieves innovative ideas using a proprietary Actionable Innovation System. Many business leaders partner with Innovation Culture Group to identify opportunities to solve complex problems in their diversity and inclusion portfolio.

Marguerite received her MBA from the Schulich School of Business, where her studies spanned the fields of strategic management and organization development. Her work in the area of how to apply creative and inventive thinking to the diversity and inclusion space is driving the conversation of how to operationalize the impact of awareness training. Marguerite is a SIT (Systematic Inventive Thinking) Innovation Associate and is certified to deliver the ISPI (Innovation Strengths Preference Indicator) assessment LEGO SERIOUS PLAY engagements. She is also co-director of the Toronto WITI Forums.
