As Director of Information Systems for the Intercontinental region of Amgen, Abby Fitch leads the technology strategy and execution for Amgen's Latin America, Canada, Turkey, Middle East, and Africa businesses - ensuring that products as diverse as AWS, Salesforce, SAP, and Anaplan will serve the needs of Amgen's rapidly expanding geographic footprint and portfolio. Her primary focus is identifying ways to leverage technology to enable Amgen's mission to serve patients. Her area of responsibility encompasses all facets of information technology from deskside support to product and engineering.

Previously, Ms. Fitch performed variety of technology leadership roles for Amgen's supply chain operations. She has also held leadership roles in the IT organizations of Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America and Dole International. Her work has frequently concentrated on global technology initiatives enabling M&A or divestiture activity.

Ms. Fitch began her career as a technology consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on implementing SAP solutions for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. She holds a BS in Finance and International Business from Indiana University, and a MS in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern University.
