Cindy White is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and the longest tenured HR professional at Illumio (a $350M venture back cybersecurity leader in the micro segmentation market). Since joining as employee number 70 in 2014, Ms. White has hired nearly 50% of the Illumio team members and help scale the company from 70 to 350+ employees. She has hiring responsibility for global professional services, product management, marketing, legal, security, finance, technical marketing, information technology, business development, sales, and the office of the CTO.

Prior to joining Illumio, Ms. White was the Talent Point of Contact to the Senior Vice President of WW Support for Riverbed - a $500M multiple award-winning division which included consecutive JD Powers, TSIA Global Excellence and SSPA Star Awards. Earlier in her career, Ms. White held positions at Silicon Magic, Luminous Networks, and Brilliant Telecommunications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of California at Santa Cruz.
