Steve brings 15 years of professional career development experience. For the last eight years, Steve has been directed all areas of career advancement services for Wharton MBA for Executives program in San Francisco that includes one-on-one coaching; career development programming, and partnership with the Wharton alumni community. Prior to Wharton, Steve was an adjunct career advisor for the UC Berkeley Haas MBA programs. As a former partner and executive recruiter for a local search firm, Steve has helped Bay Area companies identify, screen, and hire professionals ranging from staff to senior management in a variety of industries, including banking, software, technology manufacturing, financial services, retail, consumer goods, biotechnology, and nonprofit.

In partnering with C-level executives, senior and middle managers, as well as human resources, Steve gained in-depth knowledge of the skills, communication, leadership, and behavioral traits that lead to success within organizations. Steve holds a master's degree in Career Development from John.F.Kennedy University.
