Bene Werle brings an extensive background in operations, organizational change management, and engineering to her role as Vice President, Transformation. Werle and her team are focused on delivering scalable and sustainable processes that transform TriNet and the Customer Experience organization. Her responsibilities include Transformation PMO, Portfolio Management, Process and Optimization Services.

Additionally she served 10 years in the United States Navy as an Engineering Duty Officer and diver.

Werle has a strong track record of collaborating globally and cross-functionally to create efficient processes, infrastructure, and virtual teams that support and help drive the success of the organization.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from U.C. Berkeley and dual masters' degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
