What WITI Members are saying about Lotem's classes:

"Amazing Yoga sessions...Doing it separately on my own is not as impactful."

"This class was just right. It was easy yoga, and very relaxing."

"The Easy Yoga class was just what I needed to help me stretch and relax after a long day at work. Moves were easy and Lotem's voice was very calming. Thanks for offering the yoga series!"

"Lotem's session yesterday focused on lower back issues, which in my case often result from too much sitting and close focus on computer, etc. The yoga poses that she did were easy to follow, and made a big difference in how my back felt, both right after the session, as well as the next day. I like how she encourates us to breathe into the pose -- it's a great mental image that helps me to get the most out of the pose."
