What I know about you is that you are powerful. You are more powerful than you think you are, more powerful than you may be experiencing right now and even more powerful than you believe you can be.
However, you may recognize that your life has changed. Maybe you have ended up in a job that is financially secure but emotionally draining. Maybe you lost out on a big project or promotion to someone younger than you. You may even be one of the 56% of people over 50 who lose their jobs before they are ready to retire.
You may also be experiencing changes on a personal level such as a change in a close relationship, a big move, physical trauma, children leaving the nest or parents aging.
There is no question that all of these changes can lead to stress, frustration and self-doubt.
What I know with absolute certainty is that you can connect to your true power. You can have the life you desire. And, you can have the best career of your life after 30, 40, 50, even 60 and beyond.
