CODEWORD: SUCCESS

6-9 p.m.

THE STORY OF YOUR SUCCESS
How we show up in the world greatly determines how our success story unfolds. Whether we’re in organizations working to gain buy-in and respect; have a small business and seek to attract and retain the perfect clients; or are looking to land the job of our dreams – nothing great happens without being able to authentically and powerfully connect to the people around us. In this fast-paced session, learn how to bring out and own the best of who you are to make your success story come true!

Key Learning Objectives:
• Explore personal barriers to showing up authentically and powerfully
• Learn how to manage stress and anxiety
• Discover how to bring your most authentic and powerful self to any situation – to drive the right actions and achieve the best results

About Our Speaker(s)

Kimberly Davis is the Founder/Director of OnStage Leadership, an authentic leadership company operating in Dallas (and soon NY!) that works with emerging leaders from purpose-driven/people-centered organizations, small business owners who are committed to “doing good to do well”, and executives in transition who want to create meaningful next chapters.

OnStage Leadership Graduates are making a difference in companies including: Slalom Consulting, TGI Fridays, Johnson & Johnson, Neighborhood Credit Union, Viveare, Best Buy, Experian, and many others. Kimberly is also external faculty for SMU’s Cox School of Business’ Executive Education Program, teaching Authentic Influence, Impactful Communication Skills, and Executive Presence for their Certificate of Management and Certificate of Leadership programs.

Most recently she has had the honor of teaching Authentic Influence and Influence without Power for the Bush Institute’s Women’s Fellowship program. Whether she’s speaking to small business owners, Fortune 500 leaders, or leaders of the future, Kimberly is committed to connecting people to the best of who they are; challenging her audiences to consider what they need to do, on a personal level, to authentically and powerfully “take the stage” at work.
