Sherita Ceasar has been a leading force in telecommunication developments for over 30 years.

Sherita delivered cable to over 300,000 subscribers in Georgia during her reign as vice president and general manager of Charter Communications. As director of manufacturing for North-South America Paging group, she led the paging operations for Motorola.

Sherita oversaw business management and innovative technology integration while she was vice president and general manager of SciCare Broadband Services. She was the vice president of digital launch quality at Scientific Atlanta and a board member for Women in Cable Telecommunications. She served as national president for the Society of Women Engineers and is on the MMAE executive advisory board for Illinois Institute of Technology.

Sherita is the recipient of numerous achievement awards, including: Most Influential Women In Cable, Wonder Woman, and Technologist of the Year by Career Communications, Top 10 in Cable Industry by "Cablefax 100," and Business Diva by "Business to Business."

Sherita received her bachelor of science and masters of science in mechanical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.
