- Collaboration tool examples

Kai LaMadeleine is the current CEO and Co-Founder of Agile Transformers, a boutique Agile transformation consulting firm that was formed to address gaps and challenges that are inhibiting organizations from realizing sustainable organizational Agility. In her role, Ms. LaMadeleine leads the organization-wide strategy for development and growth while maintaining cohesion in Agile Transformers' relationship with its clients, partners, and employees. Under her leadership, Agile Transformers went on to be recognized and awarded as "The Top Emerging Agile Company" in 2022 by CIO Application magazine.

Ms. LaMadeleine has over 24 years of experience in Information Technology, in which the past 12+ years have been primarily focused on Organizational Design and Agile Transformation. Her current and past roles include Enterprise Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Senior Agile Program Manager, Organizational Change Manager, Project Manager, Head of Quality Engineering, and CEO in diverse technology projects for clients throughout the US, UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, China, Xi'an, Hong Kong, India, and Australia. Her current industry certifications include: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Certified Agile Leader Training from both Scaled Agile Experts and Leaders Factors, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) from LeSS.works.

Nisha C Patel, PST, SPC and Agile Coach leads the coaching and training practice at Agility in Mind.

With 17+ years of experience Nisha always shows up with passion, experience, and energy to help others through change, ambiguity, and complexity while creating a culture of respect, innovation and excellence.

She has obtained coaching, facilitating and training experience with people joining from all different industries, IT and non-IT and leading project teams in Agile transformation. Her expertise spans across many methods and approaches: agile product development (incl. the Scrum framework), lean management (incl. the Kanban Method), Design Thinking and Systems Thinking.

Nisha started her career as a software developer and progressed later in various leadership/coaching positions from Scrum master, Agile Coach, program manager and further broadened her domain experience in the Insurance industries.

Nisha has been working with Scrum since 2008. Privately, she is a food enthusiast and owns food franchise in Mumbai and enjoys adventure, mountain trekking in and around India.
