Mica Syjuco

Mica Syjuco provides strategic thought leadership, actively building and growing Avanade's DevOps and Agile capabilities to address client challenges on the field -- an undertaking made especially interesting given their 30,000+ global headcount. Ms. Syjuco graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and completed Wharton Executive Education's Leadership and Management Certificate Program. She has been in the software development and systems integration industry for over 16 years. Currently based in Chicago, she works with teams located in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America. She is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org as well, and part of the small group of people worldwide who've attained all Scrum.org certifications (levels 1-3). Ms. Syjuco has led the successful delivery of complex software projects for multiple Fortune 500 clients.

She has a strong expertise in implementing and leading both Traditional and Agile / Scrum based development and delivery processes supporting distributed teams on medium to large-scale .NET based enterprise projects. Ms. Syjuco currently works with clients throughout North America leading software project delivery and providing Scrum training, consultation, and coaching with a focus on Microsoft .NET technology, in addition to her other responsibilities in the firm as its Global Head of DevOps and Agile Coaching - the first woman to take on this role. A musician herself, she is also the Band Manager of an award-winning independent band.

Becca Mann

Becca Mann is a Senior Analyst at Avanade and has been in consulting for the last few years. In her current role, she is working heavily in DevOps, helping define approaches and assisting with transitioning her current project to more agile ways of working. Becca is passionate about increasing project efficiency and loves working with Azure DevOps to achieve this goal for her clients. She has the AZ-900, Azure Fundamentals, certification and is working toward Scrum-based certifications in the future. She is an advocate for promoting women in STEM and is excited to participate as a member of the WITI Agile and DevOps Industry Network Leadership Team!

Kalyani Tholeti

Kalyani Tholeti has 15+ years of experience in Information Technology. She worked in large corporations managing applications in multiple domains/Industries including Financial Services, Supply Chain, Pharma, Retail and Marketing. Kalyani has certifications in Project Management, Agile and Amazon Web Services. She is currently pursueing her MBA from Gies College, Illionis Institute of Technology with specialization in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics. She is passionate about building IT community for women. A community that shares and cares, encourages, motivates and inspires women across all career levels. She believes coming together as a community, women can thrive sharing experiences and building on skills. Kalyani is also involved with local volunteer organizations and women networks. She is passionate about exploring new technologies that enable business transformation.

Nisha Patel

Nisha C Patel, PST, SPC and Agile Coach leads the coaching and training practice at Agility in Mind.

With 17+ years of experience Nisha always shows up with passion, experience, and energy to help others through change, ambiguity, and complexity while creating a culture of respect, innovation and excellence.

She has obtained coaching, facilitating and training experience with people joining from all different industries, IT and non-IT and leading project teams in Agile transformation. Her expertise spans across many methods and approaches: agile product development (incl. the Scrum framework), lean management (incl. the Kanban Method), Design Thinking and Systems Thinking.

Nisha started her career as a software developer and progressed later in various leadership/coaching positions from Scrum master, Agile Coach, program manager and further broadened her domain experience in the Insurance industries.

Nisha has been working with Scrum since 2008. Privately, she is a food enthusiast and owns food franchise in Mumbai and enjoys adventure, mountain trekking in and around India.

Kai LaMadeleine

Kai LaMadeleine is the current CEO and Co-Founder of Agile Transformers, a boutique Agile transformation consulting firm that was formed to address gaps and challenges that are inhibiting organizations from realizing sustainable organizational Agility. In her role, Ms. LaMadeleine leads the organization-wide strategy for development and growth while maintaining cohesion in Agile Transformers' relationship with its clients, partners, and employees. Under her leadership, Agile Transformers went on to be recognized and awarded as "The Top Emerging Agile Company" in 2022 by CIO Application magazine.

Ms. LaMadeleine has over 24 years of experience in Information Technology, in which the past 12+ years have been primarily focused on Organizational Design and Agile Transformation. Her current and past roles include Enterprise Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Senior Agile Program Manager, Organizational Change Manager, Project Manager, Head of Quality Engineering, and CEO in diverse technology projects for clients throughout the US, UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, China, Xi'an, Hong Kong, India, and Australia. Her current industry certifications include: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Certified Agile Leader Training from both Scaled Agile Experts and Leaders Factors, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) from LeSS.works.
