Dr. Aditi Banerjee
is a results-oriented Executive in Technology. She has worked at Accenture, Texas Instruments, Infosys, HCL and DXC Technology. She served in Managing Director, Vice President and General Manager roles driving profitable growth and leading large teams. She has extensive experience of driving strategic transformations and market expansion for Fortune 500 companies. Aditi has expertise in Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Security, Cloud, IoT, Engineering and Applications. She has worked across the Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, Semiconductor and Lifesciences industries. She collaborates with Ecosystem partners to create end to end innovative solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
Aditi received her Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina, M.S. from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania and MBA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. She attended Wharton School of business for Women’s Executive Leadership Development program. She holds 3 US patents and is an author of 14 Technical publications.
Aditi is a member of Advisory Board for Women in Technology International (WITI). She serves as a speaker at International Conferences, Webinars and Diversity Initiatives. She is an advocate of Women in STEM and mentors professionals in career development.
Kathryn Jesaitis Papandrew is the Director, AI/ML Technical Specialists at Microsoft. She works as a subject matter expert & engineer helping major enterprises plan, build, implement and adopt advanced, secure and responsible artificial intelligence capabilities including Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Knowledge Mining scenarios across the cloud and the edge.
Thyrsa M. Gravely, PMP is an experienced strategic management professional with a hybrid combination of consulting, operations, finance, sales, marketing and project management experience. Proven leader with ability to develop strategy and manage projects with limited resources in challenged and complex environments.
