Andy Shibley

With more than 25 years of wireless telecommunications experience, Andy Shibley is the Senior Vice President, National Retail Sales. Prior to his current role, he was the Vice President and General Manager (VPGM) for the greater Los Angeles market, where he oversaw all areas of mobile communications service, including network buildouts, marketing, sales, and customer service. He was VPGM with Cingular Wireless in San Antonio before moving to Los Angeles, where he led the south Texas market which included the greater Houston, Austin and Rio Grande Valley areas. He has also served as VPGM for the Raleigh, Mobile and New Orleans markets. His wireless telecommunications career began in 1987 with South Central Bell Advanced Systems, later an AT&T company.

Andy holds a bachelor's degree in business from North Texas State University. He volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, Junior Achievement and PADRES Contra El Cáncer.

Andy and his wife reside in Atlanta and have two grown children.

Robin Hensley

As the UPS Customer Relationship Management applications leader, Robin and her team support global marketing, sales and customer service organizations delivering strategic management of application development, architecture, and technology plans to meet business and customer requirements now and for the future.

Robin has a record of consistently exceeding metrics for delivery of innovative products aligned to the business strategy with speed, quality, and cost competitiveness.

Prior to joining UPS, Robin held executive roles at Tyco International and HP in general management, hardware and software engineering, chief technology officer, marketing, quality, and customer satisfaction. Accomplishments include more than doubling the HP entry storage business to $1B, improving server and storage product quality while reducing costs by over $350M, and launching a worldwide partner program.

Robin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Tulane University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Robin holds five patents and held past board roles as a member of the South Florida WITI advisory board, Tulane School of Engineering advisors board and DCW Architects board of directors.

Allyson Lundquist

Allyson Lundquist is Vice President of National Retail for AT&T and leads the team that manages AT&T's partnerships with third party National Retailers such as Best Buy, Walmart, RadioShack, Target, Costco, Sam's Clubs and multiple other convenience, discount, drug and electronics retailers as well as the relationships with prepaid airtime aggregators, prepaid handset distributors and Prepaid Long Distance distributors.

Allyson has worked for AT&T the last 17 years with the last 11 years spent managing National Retail for both AT&T and Cingular Wireless. Allyson helped build the National Retail Channel for Cingular starting in December 2000 when 13 separate companies formed the Cingular brand.

Prior to Cingular, Allyson was Director of Sales for Houston Cellular Telephone Company and had responsibility for National Retail, Local Dealer, Company-Owned Retail, Small Business Sales and Kiosk Sales.

Allyson has spent over 25 years managing National Retail relationships. Prior to joining AT&T, she spent 8 years in the jewelry industry as Director of National Retail Sales managing National Retail and independent Retailer relationships nationally such as Zales, Gordon's, Sterling, Reeds, Walmart and multiple other regional and large independent retailers.

Allyson spent her first years out of college in business sales with BellSouth and Motorola. Allyson graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and grew up in southern Louisiana.

Allyson and her husband, Jon have twin 6-year old boys, Austin and Taylor and reside in Roswell, Georgia.

Tracy Garner

Tracy L. Garner began her career in 1983 in Jacksonville, Florida working as an Outside Plant Engineer in the Southeast Jacksonville District. Over the last 29 years, Tracy has held positions of increasing responsibility in Outside Plant Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, Consumer Services, Strategic Relationship Development, Strategic Marketing, and Network Operations. Tracy currently serves as Vice President �" Core Installation and Maintenance for the East. Those assignments have taken her from Jacksonville to Atlanta, where she has resided since 1988. In addition to her regular position, she also serves as AT&T's ACE Executive for the Southern Company, one of the largest generators of electricity in the United States.
