Moderator: Michelle Prince provides strategic human capital leadership in the areas of leadership development, employee engagement, organization design, organization effectiveness, career development and mobility, HR analytics, and innovative learning techniques. Michelle has over 25 years of experience in HR solutions, technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and financial services, working for global market leaders Randstad, First Data, Novartis, and Siemens.

In her current role, Michelle is responsible for ensuring Randstad learning and development investments are optimized to deliver business results and create a strong leadership pipeline for the company. Randstad is a global leader in human capital solutions headquartered in Diemen, Netherlands with over 37,000 corporate employees working from over 4,500 locations, across 39 countries, employing over 650,000 people every day.

Michelle holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Science in Human Resources from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University.

Michelle is a frequent speaker and media contributor on the topics of workplace issues and trends. Her personal passion for supporting the professional development of women leaders, particularly in the STEM fields, is demonstrated in her various coaching, mentoring, and volunteer efforts. She is an Advisory Council Member for George Mason University Executive & Professional Education, Advisory Board Member for Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Atlanta Chapter (hbanet.org), Advisory Board Member of JF&CS (jfcsatl.org), a repeat mentor for Pathbuilders (pathbuilders.com), and has helped establish several successful women's networking and professional development groups.

Jackie Breiter is a business, technology and operations executive with a distinguished reputation for leading organizations through change and balancing strategic thinking with execution. Her expertise is in aligning people and organizational objectives with real-world solutions and a "get it done" approach.

At NCR, Jackie is charged with enhancing the company's digital dexterity and innovative business plans by reimagining how work is done. She's focused on NCR's customer and employee experiences, creating a digital automation strategy to optimize the customer journey and business operations. Through innovation and creative problem solving, Jackie is evolving a modern business and technology architecture to support future business capabilities at NCR.

Jackie earned a master's degree in business administration from Emory University, where she was honored with the decision and information analysis distinction award and earned a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from Florida State University. As a lifelong "learner", she has enhanced her skills with certifications in programs such as six sigma, product management, and project management.

In 2012, Jackie was awarded WIT's Women of the Year for small business; in 2013 she was a finalist for GCLA CIO of the Year for non-profit/public sector; and in 2014 received the Public Sector Impact Award from ATP.

Robin Hensley, Sr Director Global CRM Applications, CX and Transformation Technologies at UPS. In this role, Robin leads identification of new technologies in support of UPS transformation initiatives across all business units and is responsible for digital solutions provided to UPS sales, marketing and customer support centers globally. Her objective is to enable valuable, relevant, personalized experiences to all UPS customers through the use of leading edge technology.

She participates in numerous UPS steering committees, ensuring technology investments are aligned with business strategy. Prior to UPS, Robin has held executive roles in software and hardware engineering, chief technology officer, quality, marketing and customer service at HP and Tyco International.

Robin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and MBA in Technology Management. She holds five patents and is a certified Salesforce.com administrator. Robin is active in the UPS Women's Leadership Development BRG, Women In Technology International and Technology Association of Georgia.

Diana Lee Caplinger is the Head of Marketing Technology at SunTrust Bank. She is responsible for managing the internal and external teams that deliver technology based experiences for Marketing. She is an information technology executive and business top talent with over sixteen years of success delivering digital, financial, marketing, and application development programs. Her experience includes senior management positions in the financial, food & beverage, multi-media and automotive industries.

Mrs. Caplinger is passionate about financial literacy and STEAM education. She is a SunTrust Purpose Ambassador and actively participates in CIO magazine's Executive Women in IT forums. In addition, she is a member of the CIO Executive Council Leadership Development Program.

She is a certified Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, Microsoft Technology Specialist, and Six Sigma Greenbelt. She has an Executive MBA from Georgia State University and a Computer Information Systems degree from Florida A & M University.

Monica Ellingson is an Executive Producer with IBM Interactive Experience (iX) Studios in Atlanta. In this role, she leads both the User Experience and Project Management Office for IBM's Sports and Entertainment Practice. Monica is responsible for the successful delivery of seven major sports events each year - Masters Golf Tournament, US Open Tennis, Australian Open, French Open, US Open Golf and Tony Awards. These events equate to 7 websites, 19 app platforms, 2.1 billion page views, 355 million visits, 102 million visitors and 93 competition days each year.

In addition to her leadership in the IBM Sports Practice, she is also the Project Executive for the Masters Golf Tournament digital portfolio. The Masters portfolio includes 11 digital platforms. With her leadership, the Masters digital experiences have won numerous industry awards, including Mobile Excellence, Fast Company and Golf Digest.

Monica's deep knowledge in user experience design, digital media and program management build the foundation for her multidisciplinary approach. Her leadership experience spans numerous roles over her career. She's acted as User Experience Director, Program Manager and Digital Media Consultant while at IBM Interactive Experience. She also founded and managed a Technical Service Grants Practice in support of IBM's Corporate Citizenship organization.

Monica is an IBM and PMI-Certified Project Executive. She is an IBM-Certified IT Specialist in Media Production. She received her B.S. from Duke University and M.S. from Georgia Tech in Information and User Experience Design.
