Kelly Teal

Kelly Teal is an experienced global IT leader, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Systems at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), a United Nations related organization. Kelly started her career at GE before spending over 15 years at IBM. While at IBM, she worked in diverse domains including application architecture, finance, operations management, and more. In her last role before leaving IBM, Kelly was a Senior Manager leading an international team responsible for IT integration for all global IBM Acquisitions. This included supporting the integration of the largest number of acquisitions in IBM history. Kelly decided to accept a leadership position at the IAEA, moving with her family to Europe. Her current team comes from all over the world and are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the IT infrastructure for all enterprise wide systems that support the mission of the IAEA. Kelly is passionate about helping teams and individuals reach their full potential in the evolving world of IT.

Linda Starkey

Linda Starkey has over 15 years of experience in the Fintech arena. She has lead numerous implementation and upgrade projects, along with the completion of multiple BPR initiatives. She also has experience in established regulatory approved third-party and risk management programs. Additionally, while manager of contracts negotiation Linda successfully completed numerous negotiations, including Oracle, FIS and Fiserv.

Linda has previously held chairpersonship within several organizations. These include being the chair of the Third-Party Management Oversight Committee at Pacific Bancorp and the chair of the Operational Risk and Reporting Committee at City National Bank. Linda also served as the chair of the FIS Committee on Electronic Funds Transfer, which included members from multiple banks throughout the United States.

Combined with her professional experience Linda has recently completed her master's in international management, from the University of Southern Denmark.

Keaton Gallaher

Keaton Gallaher is a young professional and has just completed her masters degree in international relations with a specialization in nuclear security issues. Her previous work experience is at the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs and is currently working for the US State Department. Keaton is passionate about woman peace and security issues. She has organized educational courses and events specifically toward young professional woman and believes this is crucial in raising awareness for the next generation of leaders.
