He is a well-travelled global executive with over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain, as well as 15+ years of strategic supplier management and contract negotiations resulting in long-term partnerships and cost reductions. Rohit has extensive and diversified experience in the Biotech, Semiconductor, Hi-Tech, and EMS/CM Industries.
is Product and Program Manager at Bolt Threads. She is an engineer by training who has transitioned into project and product management throughout her seven years in the biotech industry. Ashley began her career at Bolt Threads, a materials platform company, first as process engineer developing a vegan silk protein production process; then became a technical project manager, driving tech transfer and scale-up with contract manufacturers and partners. Ashley then transitioned into managing the manufacturing and operations for Eighteen B, a skincare brand under the Bolt Threads umbrella, and is now a product and program manager for the vegan silk protein pipeline with the dream of bringing more of this bioengineered ingredient into the beauty and personal care markets.
