Anne McCrory
Editor in Chief, CIO Media Group brings 10+ years IT journalism experience and an MBA to the position of Editor in Chief. Most recently the chief marketer at a network security events company in Boston, she brings strong business experience and a deep understanding of IT challenges to her role. Anne is a 10-year veteran of Computerworld, where in various senior editing positions she led award-winning news teams and launched new sections. She has won multiple news awards from the Association of Business Publication Editors and was a finalist for a Jesse H. Neal National Business Award for best news coverage. Earlier in her career she was a daily newspaper journalist and freelancer for such publications as The Hartford Courant, The Boston Globe and Newsweek. She holds an MBA with honors from Boston University.

Joanne O’Rourke Isham
Vice President of Strategic Development, National Security Solutions, BAE Systems, has served in this position since joining BAE Systems in June 2006.
Before joining BAE Systems Joanne was a career officer at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). She retired from the CIA in 2006 as a member of the Senior Intelligence Service. From September 2001 until her retirement she served as Deputy Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
Immediately prior to her appointment as Deputy Director of NGA, Joanne served as the Deputy Director for Science and Technology at the CIA. In this position, she was the principal executive overseeing the CIA’s scientific and technical program with particular responsibility for clandestine technical activities and Agency-wide research and development. A highlight of her tenure was the founding of the CIAs venture initiative, In-Q-Tel. Prior to that appointment, Joanne served as CIA’s Associate deputy Director for Science and Technology, the next most senior position in the senior directorate.
Other senior management positions Joanne has held is as Director of Congressional Affairs for the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI), managing with Congress for the CIA and overseeing the congressional and legislative interests of the DCI. She also served as the Deputy Director of the Resource Management Office on the Community Management Staff (CMS) and as CMS’s Director of Program Analysis. Ms. Isham also spent a number of years on assignment to the National Reconnaissance Office where she served as Director of Legislative Affairs and as program monitor for National Programs.
Joanne was awarded the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement, the CIA’s Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal, the CIA’s Distinguished Intelligence Medal and the Director’s Award. She has also received the NGA Distinguished Intelligence Medal and the DIA Director’s Award.
Joanne is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and lives in Northern Virginia with her family.

Lynne Zieter, Raytheon's Director of the New England Engineering Center
Provides a balance of strategic and tactical focus to the Program Eengineering (PE) Center to ensure that the PE Center has leadership vision and so that operations align both with current and over-the-horizon Engineering and NCS Business goals.
Lynne has been with Raytheon in a number of management and engineering roles since 1992. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida where she received both her B.S. and M.A.
