Ellen Keiley, President and Founder of EMK Consulting Group has 20+ years experience in the professional services industry, serving in business development, marketing, and PR roles for both Boston-based and international firms and companies. Ellen is an active member of several professional associations and non profits, a frequent speaker, writer, and has appeared on television and radio programs. Jaclyn L. Kugell is the Chair of Morgan, Brown & Joy's Management Committee and a managing partner. Since 1992, Jackie has represented employers in employment litigation matters in Courts in Massachusetts and throughout the United States at the State and Federal District Court levels, including the US Court of Appeals. Jackie has been a featured speaker for many organizations, including the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education ("MCLE") and has served as Co-Chair for the MCLE Employment Law Conference.

Rita Balian Allen, is the president of Rita B. Allen Associates, a career management firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, management training and career development. She is a lecturer at Boston-area universities, a sought-after speaker and presenter, the author of numerous articles, blogs and the newly released book, "Personal Branding and Marketing Yourself: The Three P's Marketing Technique as a Guide to Career Empowerment". Rita was voted one of the top ten executive coaches by the Boston Women's Business Journal.

Stephanie Franklin, currently serves as Vice President, HR for the Healthcare Division of Nuance Communications, based in Burlington, MA. Prior to her role at Nuance, Stephanie spent 3 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as Vice President, Talent & Integrated HR Solutions with responsibility for enterprise HRBP function, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion. In this role, Stephanie was accountable for maximizing the value of HR to the company and having a direct impact on the Company’s mission of making healthcare affordable. Prior to joining BCBSMA, Stephanie spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble, both in the U.S. and abroad in positions of increasing responsibility. She most recently held the position of Associate Director, HR �" Western Europe Beauty and Grooming based in Geneva, Switzerland.
