Jean Johnson, Head of Global Procurement at LogMeIn

Jean leads Global Procurement for LogMeIn, Inc., one of the world's top 10 public SaaS companies and market leader in communications & conferencing, identify & access, and customer engagement technology. Raised on Legos and Lincoln Logs, she enjoys building scalable global direct and indirect Global Sourcing and Procurement functions and partnering with visionary leaders.

Jean has 25+ years of experience working in multiple industries including financial services, insurance, retail, and technology. She has been a leader in international management, global procurement, project management, and accounting. An Advisory Board Member for Frosch, Scout RFP and NPI.

Jean holds a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University and M.B.A. in International Management from Bentley University. Awards include: LogMeIn's President's Club, Marsh & McLennan Company's Chief Procurement Officer Legion of Excellence and The Hartford Quality of Excellence.

Paola Lucetti, Director, IT Global Transformation Office , Governance and Innovation at Procter & Gamble

Paola Lucetti, an Information Technology and Shared Services Senior executive, has extensive experience in strategy design, execution and operations at a Fortune 100 global company. Having lived and worked in Italy, Switzerland, Spain, the Philippines and the United States of America, Paola has more than twenty years of successful leadership roles in Information Technology and Shared Services in Europe, US, Asia and Global businesses across Procter & Gamble, a $65B consumer products company.

With a very strong experience in processes and technologies for Supply Chain, Research and Development, Marketing and Sales. Paola has strong passion for organization design and development, talent development and diversity and inclusion. She graduated Summa cum laude from the University of Florence, Italy, with a degree in Electronic Engineering, specialization in biomedicine. Paola completed a one-year research thesis in collaboration with the industry on commercial ultrasound machines for 3D Doppler and published scientific articles on ultrasound machine.

Deirdre Schreiber, Sr. Training Program Manager at Harvard University

Deirdre Schreiber is the Senior Training Program Manager for Harvard University's IT Academy. The IT Academy is a skill development program for all of Harvard's IT staff (1500 total staff). The IT Academy's focus is to promote networking across schools and departments, create a common language for Harvard's IT staff, and support technical training needs. Deirdre joined Harvard University in October 2015 to manage and grow the IT Academy. In 2017 she took on the role of co-chair for Harvard's Women in Technology + Allies (WIT+) group. WIT+ is a staff affinity group that delivers initiatives to promote inclusion and belonging for all Harvard IT staff. These include coordinating monthly speakers, mentoring for women in IT, and a partnership with HR and Harvard IT leadership to ensure inclusion and belonging best practices are followed.

Prior to her role at Harvard, Deirdre worked for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. There she was a Learning Consultant for 7 1/2 years. In this role she developed and delivered new hire sales and articulation training, technical application training, and managed the Wealth Management Mentoring program.

Deirdre started her organizational learning and development career at Circles, a virtual concierge firm designed to enhance customer and employee loyalty. There she facilitated new hire training that combined customer service skills and technical application training.

She graduated from Westfield State University with a BA in English and is a certified performance consultant.

Deirdre loves to travel and has worked temporary assignments in Paris, London, and Sydney.

Leesa Haslam, Senior Director, Product Development and PMO at Wolters Kluwers

Leesa A. Haslam is Senior Director of Engineering at Wolters-Kluwer Financial Services. Leesa is passionate about continuously learning and expanding her knowledge and skills, about developing and mentoring others and about travel. Her favorite word is "New".

Leesa began her career programing large mainframe systems in FORTRAN and COBOL and has never stopped learning. She is fluent in multiple computer languages across multiple platforms. She now manages geographical dispersed teams responsible for the development and deployment of several financial applications used by major international banks, financial institutions, insurance companies and government regulatory agencies. Leesa's current focus is moving applications to the public cloud.

Leesa was an early adopter of Agile and is a recognized expert in the SCRUM methodology. She has led the implementation of Agile SCRUM at six well-known corporations including healthcare, hospitality and financial software companies.

Leesa is an enthusiastic proponent of the development of new talent and skills. She devotes a large percentage of her time to guiding and mentoring others to develop new knowledge and skills for the benefit of both her employers and employees.

Kaye Cullum, Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Thermo Fisher Scientific

Kaye Cullum is a Senior Level Talent Acquisition management professional with experience in the full recruiting cycle in the areas of Technology, Finance, Marketing and Strategy at both the corporate and operations level. Industries include Pharma, Retail, Aerospace & Defense. Primary experience has been in standing up talent acquisition programs or transformation of current programs. Developing/creating an internal program designed to attract, acquire and retain STEM talent. Strength in being easy to do business from a client perspective and a keen focus on the candidate experience. Multiple experiences in transformation and turnaround environments. Strong sense of business acumen, continuous improvement and staying ahead of business partners by not simply filling positions, but solving talent issues for the long term. Kaye Cullum serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Thermo Fisher Scientific and holds a BA from Arkansas Tech University. She has tremendous experience with diversity and college recruiting and has been instrumental in helping to implement various STEM related programs.

Chris Martin
, SVP Strategy, Randstad Technologies

Chris Martin is the key stakeholder in driving business development and oversees the execution of the company's overall sales strategy with a specialized focus on retail account growth. Chris has been instrumental in the company's initiatives tied to utilizing big data to develop intelligent sales models for the entire organization.

With over 15 years in the staffing and HR solutions industry, Chris started his career with Randstad back in 2002. He moved up the ranks first as Account Manager, then as a Branch Manager, Regional Manager of Permanent Recruiting overseeing teams in the Mid-Atlantic to the NYC Metro area, and then transitioned to support all of Randstad U.S. by establishing the company's Enterprise Solutions group. In this role, Chris sold across service lines offering new business development and strategic account management to key customer around the country.

Chris graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the Isenberg School of Management.
