Kevin O'Brien, GreatHorn's CEO and Co-Founder.

Under Kevin's leadership, GreatHorn has become the world's leading next-generation email security company, analyzing billions of messages and stopping phishing attacks that target a global customer base of organizations, both public and private.

Kevin brings deep industry experience, having been an early member of multiple successfully exited security companies, including CloudLock (Cisco), Conjur (CyberArk), and @stake (Symantec). Prior to founding GreatHorn, Kevin was Vice President of Marketing at Conjur, where he built the early go-to-market team responsible for initial market positioning and growth. Previously he led product marketing and sales engineering efforts at CloudLock, the leading cloud access security company that now has more than 6 million enterprise users.

In addition to his role at GreatHorn, Kevin serves as co-chair for the Mass Technology Leadership Council's cybersecurity group and is a frequent speaker at key cloud cybersecurity and industry events. He has presented at the RSA Security Conference, Xconomy's What's Hot in Cybersecurity Conference, Microsoft's Innovation Outreach Program, the MassTLC Cybersecurity Conference, and has been featured in TechCrunch, NPR Marketplace, Mashable, Forbes, CSO Magazine, and more.

Kevin has a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and holds a black belt in Aikido.

Claritza N. Abreu, Vice President, State Street Corporation

Claritza Abreu is a Vice President of Enterprise Technology Risk Management for State Street Corporation and a senior faculty of Information Technology at Boston University and the Cambridge College. Previous to State Street, Claritza held Sr. IT executive positions at the Federal Reserve Bank, at the MA Secretary of Health and Human Services and at the Boston Public Health Commission.

Claritza is passionate about community service supporting public health research, STEM education, mentorship, and social issues. Her professional profile and personal journey has been featured in national and local media, she has been distinguished with multiple important awards including the "Women to Watch" award from the Mass High Tech Magazine, the "Excellence in Technology Award" by the Governor of MA among others.

Her most recent accomplishment is the launch of an information technology start-up that developed a cutting-edge mobile social media platform for companies and non-profits to manage community engagement, customer relations and internal communication.

Claritza holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Boston University as well as several graduate certifications in technology, leadership and public administration.

Michael Boyle

Mike Boyle was promoted from senior vice president, IT Consulting and Solutions to the division president of Information Technology Services at RCM Technologies.

Prior to joining RCMT, he was the president and COO of MDT Technical & MDT Infrastructure Solutions. He has developed global innovative technology solutions for more than 12 years, with extensive experience in the staffing and workforce management industry. Mike has a record of success delivering growth over a wide variety of businesses. He is an influential organizational leader and team player, with strong analytical, creative and problem-solving skills. He has a proven track record of recognizing opportunities and implementing restructuring plans and turning businesses around.

As a recognized expert in the staffing industry, Mike is frequently quoted in the media, including the Wall Street Journal, the Examiner and the Business journal, and featured on Career TV and Wall Street Analysts for GuidePoint Global.

Mike is an active community member and dedicates his time to various boards and fundraising initiatives.

Parna Sarkar-Basu, a tech evangelist, helps companies navigate the digital era. Leveraging her two passions �" technology and brand building �" she specializes in corporate marketing, thought leadership and branding. Parna appears frequently at key industry events and speaks on a range of topics, including cognitive robotics, innovation for social good, digital transformation, AI and impact on the workforce, and tech trends.

Recipient of multiple awards, Parna serves as a strategic advisor to entrepreneurs and executives in the U.S. and Europe, and works with them on a variety of initiatives, including corporate and product positioning, brand development, and market expansion. Parna has been instrumental in propelling tech companies into innovation leaders in highly competitive markets, including artificial intelligence, enterprise software, storage systems, robots, product lifecycle management and manufacturing. Parna has led marketing and communications functions for various global companies, including Kaminario, iRobot, iCorps Technologies, Invention Machine (acquired by IHS) and PTC.

A champion of STEM initiatives, Parna builds and supports programs to inspire women in technology and future innovators. She ensures that women are equally represented on panels and corporate initiatives and is a voice for gender inclusivity. Parna serves as V.P. of Marketing for WITI (Women in Technology International).

Amy Loomis
Research Director, Future of Work, IDC

Amy Loomis is research director for IDC's worldwide Future of Work market research service. In this role, she covers the growing influence of technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, robotics, augmented and virtual reality and intelligent process automation in changing the nature of work. Amy's research looks at how these technologies influence workers' skills and behaviors, organizational culture, worker experience and how the workspace itself is enabling the future enterprise.

Amy has been an independent analyst consulting with a range of clients from Fortune 100 organizations to start-ups on digital transformation, learning and employee engagement. She spent 15 years at IBM in various leadership roles across external, internal and corporate communications and marketing. She was co-founder of IBM's Think Academy, a global digital learning platform and program designed to engage employees and partners in learning about emerging technologies and digital transformation. Her client consulting, working with executive leadership teams, marketing and HR professionals, has focused on the intersection of technological and cultural change. Prior to IBM, she worked for Rational Software, conducting market research and building an analyst engagement practice.

Amy holds a Ph.D. in Communications, Cultural Studies from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
