Kamilah McCoy joined the Northwestern University Career Services (UCS) team last fall as the Assistant Director of Engineering and Sciences. In her role, she works with undergraduate and graduate students seeking employment in engineering, science and technical fields upon graduation. Kamilah has a professional interest in the academic, personal, and career development of students. Prior to joining UCS, she coordinated an academic support and retention program for engineering students. She is also is a trained mental health counselor and holds a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University.
